Don't think dinky likes the smell of garlic!!

I have bad tooth abess so I have been using home remedies ( crushed garlic) until I can get to dentist. I always wash my hands before n after I handle girls. But I can't get rid of garlic smell in my fingers.
I went to pick her up this morning n she hissed at me (1st time ever) then ran n hid under blinky. She literary forced her head under blinkys belly.
It's either the garlic smell of she scared of my swollen face.[emoji24]

Aww. Poor kiddos, and poor you! When my boyfriend had an abcess, he used peroxide mouthwash in the morning, and warm water with natural sea salt in the evening. Also dabbed some tea tree oil on it, since it's a natural antiseptic. I hope you feel better soon!

Hopefully I can get into out of hours emergancy dentist this evening

It was cute how she hid under her sister lol she's eating fine so I'm not concerned about her health she will happily go to my partner but just not me at min

Poor girl. You could try rubbing a lemon on your fingers. I also heard that colgate toothpaste may help get the smell off. Please don't mess with a dental abscess especially if your face is swollen. The bacteria will get in your bloodstream and affect your eye and even your heart. you need some potent antibiotics and most likely the tooth needs to be extracted.

Tooth all sorted had to have it drained and on antibiotics for 2 weeks. And I'm pleased to say after washing my hands with lemon juice I no longer smell like garlic and Dinky my friend again lol

After I got rid of garlic smell I went to pick her up n she was like a excited puppy lol she had her head down but bottom up and wiggling n when I picked her up she ran into my shoulder n snuggled into my hair and licked my ear she didn't wanna go back it I had to bribe her with worms just so I could shut the glass without her jumping out again lol

Glad you got the tooth looked at! They are so funny when they get that excited to see you. Dexter did that once, I came in the room and the minute she saw me she ran to the glass, I was so happy but then realized she needed to poop!
