I asked Dexter how she wanted to spend her 3 year anniversary of living with us and this is what she wanted to do. Laying on the futon couch under the xmas tree next to momma

She didn't appreciate Luci trying to but in.

She was so happy tonight. I've been trying to get Luci out as much as possible while he's not hiding in his tank and she was watching him closely. He head bobbed at her and started to black beard she was completely ignoring him.

It's so funny, this morning on my Facebook page pictures from 3 years ago popped up and just reminded me that we don't really know everything. I did it right and set up her tank first but her basking spot was so far away from the light and I had a, gulp, heat rock! She was so tiny and cute though I remember that day, it was one of those weird 75 degree winter days that we have here and we went to Petsmart in the morning and we walked home with her in the little cardboard box because it was so nice out!
