Dex still not shedding his tail

Looks likes he's all done shedding except for his tail. I mist him, have given baths and brushed with soft toothbrush and it's still resisting. You can see where the shed is still clinging just below the base of his tail. Any other ideas/suggestions on how I can get it to finish shedding? Thanks!

Hello, sometimes certain parts of the bearded dragons skin just aren't ready to shed yet just continue giving baths. If you would like to you can also put aloe vera on there but I don't have any experience with it.

oliver will shes his tail and and legs and then a week later do his body and head. i wouldn’t be worried unless he goes through multiple shedding without his tail shedding. good luck!

Ok, I won't be too alarmed then. I was worried about this tail rot I've seen in other posts. I'll keep my eye on it and continue with the baths and light brushing. Aloe Vera? Any specific brand I should use Silver? Thanks Sliver and Avery

i’d stick to anything that’s clear aloe and natural. some additives that may be safe for beardies may not be good for dragons!
