Hello
I've got for last 2 weeks a baby bearded dragon ( my first one to be honest). She is lovely so far , but troubles me her dark spot on her nose, not sure if that's normal or should I be worried ?
I've added few pictures .

Its almost a week, after she sheds its the only spot which stays dark now . She can't reach bulb ( using Mercury vapour bulb)

What are her basking temps and how are you taking them ? NO stick ons but I dont see any type of temp gauge in the tank at all -- what are you using for a substrate? And what are you using for a UVB? Brand and bulb please ? Does the end of her nose spot look like its getting worse or spreading? I am wondering if its some sort of fungal -- I am not a vet but I am trying to figure out what would cause it if its fungal or just exactly what it is -- I have enlisted some help w/ this I will get back w/ you on it

Got two analogue ( komodo thermometer/hygrometer ). For a substrate I'm using clay ( excavator clay substrate) . Temperature - ambient its around 34-35'C , basking spot 41'C , cold spot 27'C. Nose looks the same for now , dosent spreads or changing atm. Feeding her mostly with dubia roaches + some crickets.

ok you need to get a digital probe thermometer for accurate basking temps - the stick ons are not accurate - still getting help w/ the nose

Ok those are good but I still would invest in a digital probe thermometer sometimes the guns dont get a accurate reading because of the material of the decor --- and my help said it is shed of which I thought too but I wanted to make sure -- just keep an eye on it and it will more than likely come off again -- just let it do its thing -- what brand of the MVB are you using - I recommend you get a tube fixture as well for UVB lots of times the MVB do not put out enough UVB -- I would get a 18 inch fixture for your tank and a T 8 bulb or Arcadia 6% bulb which is a T 8 have it in the tank approx 6-8 inches from basking decor directly underneath - that is for a short tank - if your tank is 16 inches tall then go w/ a longer fixture and a Arcadia 12% bulb -- then distance would be 12-15 inches - I cant tell how tall your tank is -- make sure basking decor is directly underneath the UVB --

Thank you so much , just can't stop worrying if everything is ok.
REPISTA 100W MVB. Tank is 47-23-23 inches. Was thinking about uvb tube. Wanted to check MVB since lots of ppl recommended that it's good. Still adjusting vivarium just to make it perfect, so definitely will upgrade thermometers.

Are you using a coil? If so please get rid of it--- you want a 24" fixture w/ reflector-- and a Reptisun 10.0 T 5 bulb
