Dark dragons

Hey guys

I'm just wondering when a dragon should show their full colours?
I have a couple dragons that are quite dark.. But are actually a very light colour. The female I bought a few months ago has never lightened up and the male kinda has every now and then. I just recently moved him and in the last week - week and a half he has been very dull.
Does it mean they're stressed?
They always eat and poo regularly. The temps are fine female is about 4 and the male about 5. I really want them to show their beautiful colours!

I find that both of mine brighten up when exposed to real sunshine and or a warm bath

I bath them every couple weeks and spray them every day or 2nd day. I give them natural sun whenever I can. **** weather down here
My male has also stopped eating the last few days. Doesn't move from his log and is very dark and lethargic. He has been recently moved from my room to the dining room (he's technically my brothers)
