My dragon is less than a year old. He does not prefer crickets. He likes worms and greens. He ate crickets in the past but not recently.
Is this enough?

Worms aren't recommended, they aren't very nutritional and should really only be given as a snack! They also can clog them up and cause impaction! I don't feed mine crickets, I feel like they are too big, I like to give mine smaller dubia roaches and greens!
If you are feeding yours crickets and greens, it's probably enough, you could add another veggie/fruit in like squash.
Hope this helps a bit!

i dont feed my kids crickets. i hate crickets. unlike beardiegirl i feed them both super worms along with dubias. i have never had an impaction problem. greens and veggies (for fiber), hydration and exercise seems to keep things moving :) But - i was just thinking yesterday about getting some large crickets and putting the kids in a box with them just for a change of pace. You will develop your own preferences. there really isnt a right / wrong as long as your kids are healthy

I give mine a variety of worms. We use super worms mostly but also use horn worms, silk worms and butter worms. Never meal worms.

Yep in the beginning I fed crickets but have made the switch to dubia and have my breeding colony, I feed dubia, superworms, treats of hornworms (which she hasn't eaten any yet) waxworms, butterworms, phoenix worms. Along with a nice variety of greens daily.
