Yes crickets will chew on lizards and cause real damage especially if there is no food for the crickets in the enclosure. Remove uneaten crickets and keep them in a different enclosure or cricket keeper.
Its a good idea to leave the greens/veggies in for your dragon at all times anyway, and that will alleviate any worries about the crickets too. They only gnaw on the dragon when they have nothing else to eat
