Hello,

My baby bearded dragon has this swollen, black spot on his leg. He had this when I got him 2 months ago and I just thought it was harmless and/or would go away on its own and I was not alarmed until he lost a toe last week. He acts completely normal and goes about his daily life as any other normal bearded dragon. I have been searching up what this could possibly be then today when I searched up common health problems with bearded dragons I saw one was yellow fungus. I searched for symptoms of yellow fungus and saw blackened and falling off body parts was a common symptom. Could anyone confirm or tell me what this is if it's not yellow fungus. If I can I would like to treat this on my own because the nearest vet that could see him is a long ways away from where I live. I'm worried for him. I've been giving warm baths and putting neosporin on it.

Please get him into a vet ASAP-- That does not look good-- it looks like infection is creeping up the leg you do not want that here is a website to find a reptile vet www.arav.org
Do this asap

Yes, I agree with sadie. It would be best to get him immediate treatment so the infection doesn't spread further. I wish you luck!
