please get rid of the coil bulb --- you want one good clear bright white basking bulb that keeps temps 105-110 taken w/ a digital probe thermometer - next a good UVB long tube fixture properly placed for the screen on the tank - it will determine where it needs to go - here are 3 good ones to pick from

Your screen will determine where it needs to go -- fine screen mesh tanks the UVB needs to go into the tank -distance 12-15 inches - if its a wide holed screen it can sit on top w/ distance 8-10 inches - as long as he can sit directly under the UVB and has options of height he will be fine - if the rays get too strong he will move away from it - you can always adjust your decor -- temps and UVB are crucial to the health of the dragon

Is the dragon eating? What are you feeding for diet besides crickets and how often are you giving the calcium? Are you giving any vitamins? How is the dragon getting water? Make sure your surface basking temps are on par - this will start him recovering along w/ the UVB

What kind of worms? Try getting some bsfl also known as calci worms or phoenix worms use those as salad lures they are also a good staple for babies - he needs greens like collard turnip mustard or kale or arugula - are you in the states?

Ok mealworms are too harsh on babies stomachs I would recommend not feeding anymore they will cause impaction- the exoskeleton is too harsh on their intestines which are not fully developed this young - bsfl hornworms are good along w/ a few mario worms also known as superworms only 1-3 every other day or so
