Im currently at a loss how to placate our 3yr old male. He constantly wants to be out of the viv (which is 120x50x43cm) originally seemed to be on sunny days so thought it might be too hot and he liked a run around, also after doing a poo which was helpful as I could clear up straightaway so no mess.
However now seems to be constant - so I’ve been letting him out to run around but problem is sometimes I forget he’s out (although most of time he does go back himself to the viv). Photo attached when he didn’t go back and was just hanging out on the lamp! We live in Scotland so not the warmest of temperatures in the house so concerned this is not good for him.
Last couple of days he’s refusing veg - he would usually eat most things from my hand. Although still happy eating bugs.
Wondered whether he’s looking for a mate - if so how long does that go on for?
Or temperature related that he likes the feeling of the cool wooden floor on his tummy?
Going to have to go now to let him out - hate hearing him wanting to get out.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
