Not sure it could be a cyst --- watch it and see if it keeps getting any bigger -- if it is a vet trip would be in order --- if you haft to take pics of it to see if its getting bigger do that -- how long as he had it ---? appear over nite?

No he hasn't been outside yet. I'm waiting on my leash to come in

No i remove all crickets once he's done eating. I could have missed one that may be possible

That’s actually just and extension of his shoulder, nothing wrong, completely normal
