Concern over possible scale rot

My bearded dragon looks like he has potentially developed some sort of issue with some of his scales on his lower back and tail. They appear to be crusty and resembling stuck shed and my main cause for concern is that I noticed a greenish color in between some of them (may be hard to see in the images). I’m assuming if it is the beginning of scale rot it would be due to him sleeping in his water bowl a lot lately, despite my best efforts to move him each night. The only change to his setup that I think could also potentially contribute towards an issue would be his change in uvb lighting to an Arcadia T5 12% Desert bulb about 6 months ago. He ate perfectly fine when I fed him today and he’s been pretty inactive lately but I’ve attributed that to brumation. Do I have unreasonable concerns or is this something I should be worried about? If there is an issue developing what can I do to start treating or preventing it from advancing. Any advice I’d greatly appreciated. (His tail is a bit dirty in the last picture but you can somewhat see the greenish color)

I would remove the water bowl --- what is the humidity in the tank? this helps w/ shedding-- you want a digital probe hygrometer the analogs are usually off --- you want the probe on the center back wall of the tank - 40-50% nothing under 20 and over 70% -- I am gonna have someone take a look at him but I dont think this is scale rot - not sure whats going on w/ the greenish color your talking about -- you have a good UVB where do you have it placed in the tank ? top of screen or inside the tank ? the screen determines placement and distance for it

She got back w/ me and this is what she has said about the scales
No problem there, just natural variation in scale color.

That’s good to hear the color is not an issue and it’s likely not what I had said. The humidity is around 40% but that is based on analogue reader so it may not be accurate like you said. The light fixture is resting on the screen and 6 inches from him at the closet point. Im attaching a couple other photos showing the scale variation as well. And I did take out the water bowl

Hello,

That could be possible shed? I do not think it is fungal though. How long has the area appeared that
way?

It’s been like this for about a week, but it doesn’t necessarily look like a normal shed if it is.
