Hey.

What do you mean change colour? Do you mean a drastic change, or just got a bit darker/dull?

If you could put up some pictures?

What are the temps in your viv?

Do not worry! It is probably absolutely normal!

He looks like he's beginning to shed, give him a good soak in the bath for 20 minutes or so, he will eventually shed! If he is still the same in a couple of weeks i would advise seeing the vet.

No i think your feeding her fine, obviously just make her work for it, i throw the locust in and let her go and hunt them. This keeps her active and displaying natural behaviour, which is the most important thing to remember when your keeping any exotic pet. I would say just feed her as many as she can eat in 5 minutes, just keep throwing them in until she either gets fed up or 5 minutes is up. Don't give in to her not chasing them and hand feeding her, if she doesnt chase she doesnt eat, just make sure she still sees you throwing them in.

Also only feed her food as big as the space between her eyes.

Make sure you are feeding her a bowl of greens and veggies daily (you can find the food links by clicking the link below several of our comments in the general info for new comers there is 2 food lists that most of us use) They are near sighted so when their live food is really close they may miss or not see...

Yep she is starting to shed on her head. Baths are great for the process.

Make sure your UVB bulbs are still good Reptisun T8 bulbs need to be replaced every 6 months Reptisun T5 10.0 bulbs can go once a year.
It is normal for them to get kinda lazy :) you can also take them outside (with a leash or in an enclosed enclosure like a mesh type) 1 hour of natural sun = about 8 hours under their lights.

Sometimes it seems like it takes forever! the older they get the longer it seems, it also kinda depends on what is in the process? and how often do you bathe them? Baths help move things along in the process. If you have stuck shed you can get pure aloe liquid at walgreens etc to go in the bath water and use a soft toothbrush going with the scales. Don't worry it will come off just don't pick it off.
