Hello everyone!! I am new to the forum! Recently when I was soaking my 6 year old bearded dragon I noticed that he pores were clogged. She is a rescue and she was on sand substrate before I got her. She now has shelf liner. Could the pores be clogged with sand? If so, how can I fix it?

Please post a pic of the vent area so the pores can be seen

Those dots aren’t her pores they could be stuck on shed or just dark spots were her pigment has changed colours. My beardie has a couple of those markings as well. If they are not part of her scale and come off, by the look or angle of the picture they could be mites but don’t quote me on that. The only places that they have pores is right above their vent and from what I can see from the picture they look to be ok. But do send a close of them just to be sure.
