Claw question

I have a dragon that's always had a weird thicker claw but recently it appear to have cracked skin around the top half almost as if it's about to lose its claw. It looks as though it's close to bone. Question is to I just keep it clean and monitor or should a removal be considered for over all lizard health?

I would get in touch with a vet, amputation would probably be the best bet. That was probably some stuck shed that just kept building up and cut off circulation.
