Caterpillars

Not really about diet but it’s to do with the food perhaps
So I was binning old locust boxes and on the top of one of them was about 6/7 tiny caterpillar things?? I did some Googling and apparently breeders put them in boxes with crickets which would make sense cause I had 1 box of crickets there as well and I have never had crickets before. But does anyone know if breeders actually use them and if they could’ve come from the cricket box?
