joshua123 - dont have one specific "care sheet" here. There are lots of parameters to cover - lighting, vivarium size and set up, substrate, feeding, Is there a particular subject on which you have a question? Do you have a beardie or are you interested in getting one? If you have one - how old is he? I guess before i get into any additional questions, i should let you answer these. The subjects i listed above are all covered in different places.

how old is your guy? lots and lots of crickets up to 6 months of age or so. as many as he will eat in 15 minutes up to 3 times a day. He may eat 15 crickets 3 times a day. then you can start adding small worms and roaches. do you know the "space between the eyes" rule? nothing bigger than that. my adults love super worms and dubia roaches. PatsyB just recently posted a new website to access for food info, but i dont remember what it is. try : beautifuldragons.com. you can offer greens every day but he probably wont eat too much of them right away - some do, some dont

As far as lighting goes, everyone has their preferences. Some like an all in one bulb but I prefer them to be separate. With that said, I like a fluorescent tube style bulb that covers at least 2/3's of the tank. If you mount the bulb inside the tank a T5 style will be sufficient. I have mine sitting on the mesh top of my tank and I use a T5 style 10.0 HO bulb so that it will penetrate the mesh.
