Can't tell if my bearded dragon has tail rot or is just shedding

He's energetic, runs around full of energy with his tail raised all the time, the tip of his tail is gray, he eats greens and bugs with calcium on the daily and we give baths whenever we can....can someone confirm what's happening because I don't know what tail rot looks like...and If I should be worried or not
