Can Bearded Dragons Smell Each Other?

I just got another beardie, and I know they are extremely territorial. I’m housing them separately and interacting with them separately. But I am wondering if they will be able to smell each other on me and if so will they get territorial/angry? The beardie I have currently is a female and has never shown any territorial behavior, and I am unsure of the new dragon’s gender as he/she is still very young. I don’t want my dragons to get pissed every time I snuggle them lol. Thanks in advance

I dont think dragons can smell all that well. I'm not a veterinarian but in my experience it's usually enough to have a visual barrier between dragons.
