My bearded dragon has been in burmation since late October 2020. Is this normal? He will wake up move around I offer food but he won’t eat

No, i don't think it is. Did you call your vet? They are only supposed to brumate 3- months.

Do you have your lights in the tank on?
No dragons should not brumate over 3 months-- I am thinking your UVB and basking temps are off-- what are you using for a UVB? Coil or tube? Where in the tank if it's a tube? Top of screen or inside the tank? How old is the UVB? What are the basking temps? No stick ons - digital probe thermometer should be used!
