Building a bearded enclosure

Hello everyone I was wondering what would be the best glue and safest for building my bearded enclosure I'm asking because I plan on tiling the floor and wanted to knw what's safe to use to seal the tiles

Aquarium sealant or silicone from a hardware store. Beyond that, I'm not sure.
