It's different for all dragons. Some go down for months, some weeks and some just a few days. Some don't go down completely and just take more naps throughout the day and get lazy.

Ah brummation... it's a big mystery that only our dragon's know.. lol They are all so different and it can vary from year to year.. my 1 1/2 female didn't fully brumate last year she just got super lazy would stay in her hide and would snack here or there or would sleep for a week then up for a few days... This year she went down for about a month then she was up for about a week then now she's been asleep for another week.. my male who is a year now just got lazy and takes naps..or puts himself to bed early and decreased appetite...

Just a mystery brummation is..

If they are healthy and not loosing any weight I wouldn't worry if they are eating or not.. if they come out/ wake up offer protein/greens/water and give a bath and let them decide if they want to eat. if they do then in a few days make sure they poop before letting them sleep again..some dragon's just really slow down, may not eat for long periods of time but as long as they don't loose weight then they are doing just fine.

If he's not eaten he won't need to poop..
