Brumation and poop question

Hello, our bearded dragon is 4 years old and recently started brumation. I'm concerned that he began brumation on a "full stomach"- that is, he ate about a dozen large meal worms and a few days later, he entered his cave, hunkered down, and has barely moved since. He did not poop after his last meal. I read that bearded dragons should not brumate on a full stomach because the food can "rot" in the stomach,; is that correct? Should I wake him from his deep sleep and try to get him to poop with a warm bath? Or should I leave him alone? Thanks for any help or advice! I really appreciate it!

Hes fine w/ the full stomach the stomach rot is a myth---- keep an eye on his weight - weigh in grams on a kitchen scale - get him out every 2 weeks or so and offer water and weigh him then --
