I'm breeding crickets for my lizards I have one bearded dragon one chameleon and one leopard gecko I noticed the other day there was lots of moisture and mold started to grow so I removed everything that was moldy and wiped down the sides of the glass that had water on them and I remember that on the video they need air I had put tape on the top to prevent them from getting out so instead I put box tape on the corners that they climb and remover the tape on the opening and here is my actual question How long do I need to wait before I can feed them to my lizards?

Are you providing food for your crickets and a water source like crystals or a wet sponge or towel?

I've heard that fish food isn't good, not sure about the wheat bran but I think that's what the Flukers dry food might be. You can also feed your crickets the stems and left over salad items that you would feed your beardie. Makes them a little more nutritious. I'm not sure what you are keeping them in, is it a glass tank? What kind of lid? You want them to have good ventilation and the only moisture should be from whatever food you are giving them.

They also should be kept in a semi warm place. Doesn't have to be real warm, I have mine in my basement and it's probably about 69 down there and they live for weeks. I ordered 500 in Jan and just had to order some more last week. I buy 3/4" crickets and keep them in a 20 gallon breeder tank with a metal lid with lots of ventilation. I scoop out the poop and debri once a week to keep the smell down.
