How do I tell if my dragon is male or female? I adopted (him) recently and I have no idea how to determine the sex!!!!

Look under there tails, near the vent and look for two dots/ lumps for a male and none/one for a female

Is he a male? Also how old is he because it is a bit hard to tell when they are young
