hi i bought boy choy today do i offer a bearded dragon the leaves or just the stark

I'm not too sure what Bok Choy is, but here in the UK i give our guys the Pak Choy greens from time to time as a wee treat. Dont know if it's similar or the same thing??

You can feed it occasionally not as a stable
Bok CHoy and Pak choy are almost the same. they are both chinese cabbage same with choy sum. moderate feeding. I finely chop it up.
