My 2 year old beardie has developed black spots on her head recently. She doesn't look very good to me. Lethargic and not eating though I am not sure if that is due to the fact that it is winter. Do I need to be concerned? Please help.

Hey hey, nothing to worry about. It looks like she just darkened. They tend to darken when it's light out to absorb the most heat they can.
when it's dark, I'm sure she'll lighten up again. These black spots are just her skin adapting to how light it is.
Also yes, she will eat less in the winter.
She might be lethargic just because of the weather. They sleep when it is cold and/or dark.
If her scales look too dry, just drop some water on her. She should be fine.
