My dragon grover has these strange black scales on her chest I was just wondering if anyone knows what it might be.

That looks like some sort of infection, either yellow fungus or bacterial. You need to get to a vet ASAP.

I agree you should have her checked by a reptile vet as they shouldn't have spots like that. Do you have any other reptiles? if so make sure you are practicing good cleaning.
