Ok so I had shrek in his tub earlier for a soak and when it was time for him to come out his beard turned black and puffed up so did the rest of his body! He has only ever did that a few weeks ago whilst in his viv straight after feeding :/ does anyone know why he's acted like this because normally he's such a sweet little boy.

Theu go quite dark when they r cold r u sure the temp wasnt too cool they cold blooded so they need heat. Or maybe he was just a bit unsure. I wudnt worry bout the puffin in the bath mine do it to think they just streching there beards. Try puttin something for him to climb on while in there or keep ur hand under him so he feels secure. He mite just b a bit scared. :)

As I went to go pick him up I gave him a little stroke on top of his head whilst talking to him and that's when his beard puffed black and his body puffed up to the water was warm he was only in there 10 mins whilst I cleaned out his viv :) about 5 mins after putting him in his viv his beard returned to normal and he carried on playing running around :)
