You want a bright white basking bulb that keeps temps 95-100 for a adult / juvie taken w/ a digital probe thermometer and 105-110 for a baby ---- trial and error w/ bulbs will depend on the tank size and where the tank is like next to a window --- NO floors please -- and you MUST have a digital probe to get a accurate temp

UVB --

this is for a 40+ gallon tank w/ a height of 18" this will come w/a 5.0 bulb it is good for 20-35 gallon tanks you want this bulb for a 40 + gallon tank

all these bulbs will need to be changed out in approx one year -- I recommend a month prior to
