My girlfriend bought me a bearded dragon. Super excited as I just lost my chameleon. He/she however has a small imperfection at the tip of their tail that's curved and almost feels broken. Is this possibly the way they where born or got hurt somehow? Will this eventually get better or can I do anything to help it? They don't seem in pain or anything just looks odd. If it's harmless then I am OK with it.

Right now it looks ok he may loose the tip tho so keep an eye on it -- if it gets dried out and black then its dead thats when you need to watch for infection -- if it becomes that way get some raw unpasteurized honey like Manuka works good and start dipping the tail in it -- it will kill the infection -- if it falls off do the same make sure there are NO crickets in the tank -- they will go straight for that tail -- if you haft to take pictures of it so you can compare --- I am thinking it got pinched in a door or one of the clutch mates may have bitten it -- its hard to say --- if it falls off dip the tail in the honey over the open end and do it till it scabs over --
