Bee Pollen

Hi, I am going to give bee pollen a try, see if it will get them to eat a few more veggies. Had a look on ebay, is powder or granules better? how much do I put on their food?

You can buy either but I grind it up into a powder as it's just easier I think..

Ok thanks, I take it if they dont like it it would be ok to give to their feeders? I notice theres a lot of goodness in it

yep for sure! and if your not allergic to bee pollen you can use it yourself

Just research any supplement before using it and know the risks as well as the possible benefits. As stated, if you are allergic to pollen, I wouldn't recommend eating it yourself.

I dont have any allergies but I wont be taking any, I'm a good boy and eat my veggies. I have this sneaking suspicion that my beardies wont be interested in it either, not unless it tries to make a break for it, then its fair game. Anyhow, my local health food shop had some so I bought a small bag. After reading that article though, calling it health food is a bit of a stretch, in fact the lack of knowledge is scary. Same goes for most of the things sold in heath food shops I suppose. We shall see what we shall see

Wal-Mart sell the granule it is in the baking stuff by the chai seeds.
