Beardies running at glass.

I’ve seen several posts about beardies running at their terrarium glass.
My 15 month old female beardie is doing the same thing. She was a pet for the place I work but in November I realized it was gettting too cold in the lobby when our heat turned down at night so I brought her home. I thought she might go into brumation but once here she skipped that. Probably because she gets so much attention.
We feed exclusively crickets and fresh veggies. She likes very little variety but we try all the time. Her favorite is live lettuce and carrots. I dot but the live lettuce as a regular obviously because it’s not good for her. She likes collard greens but will hardly touch any other “greens”. She will eat some fruit (mangos, melon, strawberries) I have looked on every site to make sure I am feeding her the right food and giving her the right amount of calcium. She is extremely spoiled. I have to fight the kids to make sure she stays in her terrarium to get enough heat during the day. But she sleeps in a towel with one of my 4 kids, 14-19 yrs old, almost every night (I know...I know.... (hence the interrupted brumation). She already climbs out to all of us and will crawl up closer to your neck to snuggle in when you’re holding her so I know we aren’t making her upset body handling her.
I also set up her terrarium so she can get out. Here are a few pictures. Help! I don’t want her stressing out and climbing and running hi to the glass. I am aware that we might need a bigger space for her but that’s not in the budget right now.
Her name is Medusa.

Medusa needs at least 4 hrs of photo period --- shes not getting enough if she is out the majority of the time -- if you want to set up a basking light on the floor of your house LR etc do that it will give her the option of going to that light for heat BUT she needs UVB time as well --- she will not be able to digest the food if shes not allowed that time period to start digestion---- she needs the UVB for synthetization of calcium among other health issues --- PLEASE NO more lettuce -- here is a website to offer different foods for her please ignore the kale thing its a good staple feeder http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html
And please answer beardielover3's questions about the lighting

Where are the pictures? Do you have the correct lighting? What type of UVB are you using and what brand?
I guess they didn’t post. I’ll try again. I have Exo terra basking light and UVA/B light. 75 watt was what vet suggested for my terrium size. She definitely gets at least 4 hours. It was just a little light goofing about my kid’s. They have school etc. but I do make sure she is being kept warm enoogh when she is out. We have dogs and they aren’t used to her yet. Ideas for a floor warming set up would be cool. I have several “logs” she could climb to bask during a free roam period.

Ok I am assuming one of those domes is a coil-- please get rid of it--- they are inadequate-- you need a 24" fixture w/ a Reptisun 10.0 bulb T 5-- she needs this ASAP-- check www.reptilesbasic.com let me get a set up pic for free roaming

Thank you for the food link. I also responded to beardielover3’s question. Included is my reply about the UVA and basking time. I also posted the pictures. It looks like they some posted double. Sorry.

They are both bulbs. I had to turn it off to see for sure. I have one Zoo Med Reptisun* basking bulb (not coil like an energy bulb) and one exo terra UVA/B bulb. I don’t have the boxes anymore to show you. I looked up the 24” light bar you suggested and that set up is not something I can get right away. I did talk to the vet and showed them bulbs and set up and she reaches ideal basking temp (that’s what vet said about her opening her mouth during basking). I will try to save up and purchase one of those light bar set ups as soon as I can.

This uvb and basking temps are the most important things in the tank + that UVB controls the behavior and over all health if your dragon cannot stress this enough
