Hello, in the pics below one eye is closed and the other open. In my limited experience I’d say this is abnormal. Any help would be great.thanks
The left eye is closed.

If it's mealtime, he could be trying to focus better on his prey. There may also be a foreign object stuck in it or he might have an injury/infection.

What are you using for a UVB? Loose substrate could also be a cause- does he do it all the time?

Can you get a clear photo of the eye (opened as wide as possible)? It could just be the nictating membrane (an extra eyelid used to protect the eye from dust), or it might be something more serious.

her eye is cleared up but I’ll schedule an appointment tomorrow to be sure. Thanks
PLEASE NO ENEMAS ---- it is not recommended -- if they need a fecal take a sample in but please disaster often ends up w/ the case of vets doing enemas ------------ especially w/ babies they end up paralyzed and often haft to be euthanized

I brought my beardie to the vet today and Im not sure if he's legit. I asked about my Kylo‘s eye and he didn’t have anything to say. I was mistaken when I said here eye was glazed. It was actually closed. Not both eyes just the one eye. See below. Her eye isn't closed all the time but enough to cause concern. Any suggestions? Should I search for a different vet?thanks.

anyone? Please help.
You never stated what lighting your using? What UVA heat bulb and most importantly, what UVB light and fixture do you have?

Has the eye got worse? Is it closed all the time? I’m confused if it’s just close or if it is ‘glazed over’? When he opens his eye (if he does) - what does the actual eye look like?
