Beardie Won't Eat Greens

My five year old bearded dragon i got about a month ago now will not eat his greens no matter what.

I poke at it to make it move and look interesting, i've added red pepper on top to make the color exciting, and i've even put the bugs on top of his salad but he will only get them when they are on the top and he will pick them off the salad. He never gets the slightest bit of salad even by accident!

Any recommendations?

Try a different staple veggie or some new greens, beardies are known for randomly changing their food preferences. You can also mix in some Repashy Grub Pie (or any other commercial food he will eat). If there are any fruits he will eat, squeeze them onto the salad. Bee pollen (you can get it on Etsy for only a few dollars) works well when sprinkled onto the salad.
