Your basking temps what are they? How are you taking them? And did he eat the meal worm too fast? Sometimes if they eat to fast they can upchuck or if the food comes out undigested that's a sign of basking temps not being high enough-- keep an eye on him it could be just a one time thing
his temp is usually 95 or so

Stick ons are inaccurate- basking should be 95-110 for an adult and 105-110 for a baby--- if he is a baby its not good to feed meal worms to them - the exoskeleton is too harsh on their stomachs and can cause impaction if too many are fed --- adults are fine w/ them

Ok veggies are better I thought you were giving pellets and veggies every now and then also stick on temp gauges are inaccurate you need a digital probe thermometer they are the best way for getting accurate temps
