Beardie not eating bugs

I have been switching up my Beardie food for the past couple of weeks from crickets to BSFL to Dubia. It was going good for about a week until I ran out of dubia. Now he’s only eating a few bugs a day! It has only been happening for 2 days and he still eats veggies, but does anyone know how to get him to eat before my dubia get shipped in?

You can put the BSFL on top of his salads- disable the crickets by pulling a leg off and add to the salads- sounds like he's a dubia fan- are you ordering on line? Or buying from the petstores?

Hi I have tried putting the worms on his salad but he just ignores them and eats the greens. And I buy online

Haha he is very stubborn! I did try hand feeding him just now and he ate a few more which is good! Hopefully he’ll eat more Tommorow
My girl is the same , she’ll chase down a roach like crazy , but when i show her bsfl or mealworms/superworms she’ll look at the bowl then up at me like i got three heads, have you tried hornworms yet? Might be worth a try, ive recently switched up my bugs aswell and im trying , discoid roaches, hornworms, bsfl(which my bd hates lol)

They will eventually come around, they won't starve themselves. My BD went on strike for a week when I stopped feeding him crickets.

Are silkworms a good size For a young Beardie? Mine is 9 months
Reptilian arts did have bulk those come small you need to grow them out - get food the don't come w/ food it's powder mix as you need it--- cupped come w/ food and your 9 month old should have no problems eating the normal size worms
