For about the last 3 days Spike has not been in his basking spot. The temp is about 105. I normally don't worry about his behavior but this is not normal. He has also been a bit more aggressive than usual. I don't think he is beginning a shed but not sure. He is eating ok....no greens!! And....he is almost always dark. Light on at 7a and off at 7p. Do I need to be doing something different??

You husbandry is fine, you could bump up the basking temp 5F but that's not a big issue. From what you describe, I would say he's just having a few off days. As you tell others, he knows what he needs & where he is comfortable better than we do, providing the proper options are provided. I wouldn't be concerned, but that is me ;).
