Last night our Disco started showing black beard (not puffed up just in color). It would be back to normal if we got him out and held him so I didn't really think much of it. This morning we found a large pile of what appeared to be undigested food around his face. He was just laying there. This morning he is not moving like normal and won't eat. I have given him a warm bath to help him go to the bathroom and its smaller and more oval shaped than the longer tubelike. Could he be impacted? I'm worried. :( His eyes aren't as full and bright as usual. He looks sad.

Hello, could you post a picture of him and his enclosure? What are you feeding him? Do you have a vet nearby?
