I tried to upload video for her (that's my daughter) but it I can't get it to either. She is sitting in her water bowl taking deep breaths in and out. She flattens out some when she does it.

Here is a screen shot of the part of the video she is kind of flattening out.

Welcome! Yes, there's a movie tab here but you have upload videos from Youtube, but you figured it out ;)
Okay so the head bobbing arm waving thing...are you positive you have 2 girls? Males head bob and they do that when they see a female that they want. I would make sure you don't have a male and female and if so separate them ASAP. Females arm wave when they are showing submission. They can do it to another bearded dragon male or female, the could do it something else that is bigger than them, like us or a dog or cat.

The sitting in the water bowl is just her having fun! I bet if you put her in the bath tub with a some warm water just up to her shoulders, she would probably swim around and have a good time!

Patsy these are the ones I transported from KC to La. I don't think she said they were head bobbing or waving. I think someone asked her if that's what they were doing. She was concerned about the deep breathing in the water. So good to know that was normal I had never seen her do it the 2 weeks I had her.

Gotcha! Looks like she is just playing in the water, just keep an eye on her that she doesn't keep her head under the water too long. You don't want her aspirating any water and getting an RI. Make sure you monitor the humidity in the tank and make sure that having a water bowl in there isn't making it too humid.

levels should be between 35 and 40% higher than that are putting them at risk for RI if it stays high then I would remove the water dish and give baths instead.
