No to the tongue thing and your dragon might be suffering from gout--- are the limbs sore to the touch does he flinch when you touch him - is he moving around in the tank ? What insects are you feeding? Make sure you are keeping him hydrated -- what kind of UVB are you using ? NO coils please ---- I would get him into the vet a good reptile vet www.arav.org if you are in a small area put in a zip code that has a bigger city--- they can do a blood test to test for uric acid levels to determine for gout --- if he does have gout he can be put on a med called alopurinol it will keep the uric acid levels down and you will need to cut back on dubia roaches or stop feeding all together if your feeding them - you can go to silk worms or crickets for a staple feeder but first we need to see if it is truly gout

Ok so please show me what the UVB is --- the Exo Terra your using is a basking bulb I am thinking -- you should have a long tube fixture for a UVB like this
this is a coil bulb
https://www.petmountain.com/product/zoo-med-reptisun-100-uvb-mini-compact-fluorescent-bulb these are NO good and will cause all kinds of health problems which can lead to death if not caught soon enough

How are you taking basking temps and what are they? No stick ons they are good for ambient temps only- you need a digital probe thermometer - temps should be 95-100 for an adult / juvie dragon

You need to get a UVB ASAP--- right now shes developing MBD --- this is crucial
If you can’t get a good linear fixture quickly I’d at least get a Mercury vapor bulb. Only special bulbs that go in the same fixture as your basking light provide UVB and UVA, and are pricey. But if your dragon has been without UVB awhile I’d act quickly.
