Bearded dragon spit piling up? Help

My bearded dragon has had sticky saliva for around a week. I started getting worried when that spit started to pile up at the corners of her mouth. It didn't seem to be affecting her, and I wasn't too worried because I thought she was just dehydrated, but even after I got her to drink, she had the same saliva in the corners of her mouth a day later, and I'm worried it may be something more serious. Is this something I can wait out or treat at home, or should I visit an exotic vet?

Any crackling or wheezing or popping? Humidity in the tank is what? It sounds like possible RI - what are the surface basking temps in the tank and how are you getting them? What kind of UVB are you using? Coil or long tube fixture?
