I already cleaned it up... it was brown and a white turd and oh the brown one it was a dark red on the lower half

i could be from impaction or an infection due to an unclean environment. deep clean her enclosure and if it keeps happening take her to the vet!
... I’m not suppose to touch her until Sunday. Then it’s been 7 days. Do you think it’s ok to touch her? I got her last Monday.

i think it’s okay as long as she doesn’t appear to be too stressed. start with gentle pets!
