Bearded Dragon Passed?

Hello, I'm pretty sure my bearded dragon has passed away. However, how can i tell for shore and that he's not hibernating?

* not moving
* not reacting to putting finger in or near mouth
* sides/belly have no breathing movement
* no activity in eyes
* beard is very black

I am sure he has passed I am so sorry to hear about him -- the black beard says he was either in distress or in pain
