Bearded Dragon laying eggs

Hi guys,

Just looking for a little bit of advice, my bearded dragon is around 14 months old. She had a cluster of eggs in March (around 8 weeks ago) and has just laid another load of eggs today. Is it normal for her to be laying another load so quickly after her previous cluster?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I am by no means an expert on eggs BUT I will throw in my 2 cents worthy anyway. from what ive heard / read - not uncommon. females can apparently "hold" eggs for an indefinite period of time. I picked up a retired breeder about 3 years ago. Last fall (after id had her for 2 plus years) she laid about 8 eggs. infertile, of course. hope someone else chips in - always lookin to learn something new!

I haven't had the pleasure of the egg laying yet but I have heard of them laying in quick succession like that. Anytime there is eggs though I really suggest a vet visit to make sure that she is going to get them all out. Even with an infertile egg, if they rupture or the body doesn't resorb them, there is going to be problems.

Don't have much to add other than making sure she is getting enough calcium to restore what has been used up to produce the eggs.
