bearded dragon head shaking slightly

hi ive noticed lately that my bearded dragons head shakes slightly for atleast a second, im scared this could be mbd. im ordering a new uvb bulb (the arcadia reptile pro T5 kit, desert 12% UVB, 24W, 24”) because i dont think her current one is enough. lately ive been keeping her out of her enclosure for a while so im thinking this could also be a part of it?

They need at least 4 hrs of basking time - what are you using now? The screen on the tank determines where that UVB needs to go - screens can block 30% of the rays
