Bearded Dragon Constipation and Swallowed Hair *Poop Pic Beware*

Hello everyone! So I have shoulder-blade length hair and of course, while I try to keep this away from my dear 7-month-old Sammie, he still manages to get a piece every now and then. Usually, when I notice he's picked up one either on purpose or by accident (he will try to chew on my hair if I forget to put it up) I grab it out of his mouth. Its a short process of some gentle pulling so it won't break and a lot of beardie gagging. Today he had been constipated so I decided to give him a nice warm bath. I massaged his tummy and his waste seemed to feel fine inside and I just helped move it along, didn't feel like it was too big to come out. So when he goes to poop I notice there are a lot of greens in it. Problem one is that he's on what I like to call "veggie strike" where he absolutely will not eat anything other than his adult dragon food and various bugs. So seeing green spinach-looking stuff in his poop was strange but after he got to the end of his bowel movement there was a little bit just hanging on so I waited for it to fall off and he just kept pushing and pushing and then a few drops of blood came out. I decided I needed to help so I did a nasty thing I promised myself I'd never do. I grabbed his poop and when he went to push I very gently pulled and out came this long stream of hair that was all stuck in there to what I think might have been a cilantro stem? Not sure. Urates are the normal hardness and the poop was a little dry he could've used a little more water but that's probably because he hasn't been eating his veggies no matter how hard I try. Attached are photos of his poop. Is everything okay? Has this happened before to any of you? Or should I be taking him to the vet right this second?

Thank you all for reading.

Edit: Just message me for a pic, I'm on my laptop and nothing I do to put this picture here works. Imgur wont even let me upload the file :/

I would just watch him closely. Next time he poops if you notice blood again I'd say make a vet visit to make sure. I've had a few dragons swallow a hair here & there. Maybe you can entice him to eat more greens with some bee pollen?

Where might I be able to find bee pollen? Also what’s strange is he will eat our clovers from outside but won’t eat other greens. He’s been known to like eating cilantro But now he won’t eat that. Sometimes when I put his greens in he will drag it to his basking area and wait until it’s crispy and completely dried and then he will eat it. He’s a very strange boy at the moment lol.

I know some stores carry it. I buy mine directly from a local bee farm. I know you can order if from beardeddragon.co as well. Some dragons are just weird. I have one that likes her greens crispy as well.
