Bearded dragon breathing heavily

Hi so I have an 1 year old bearded dragon who has been sick lately due to improper care by her old owner and due to this she has been on critical care 3 times a day for the past week and I decided to treat her today to some crickets so I put her in a container to feed her and added some crickets as she was chafing them around a little she started to breath a little more heavily and she still is as she is sleeping on me it’s slowly calming down. She also let out a small little wheeze/sigh/gasping sound in the middle. Besides her current weight he overall health is fine she was at the vet a week ago and he said she was in good condition so I’m wondering if I need to take her to the vet again if she has a respiratory infection of some kind or if she is still week from how poorly she was taken care of before.

Humidity ranges between 35-40%. Her basking temp is around 91 and her hot spot is 101. They’re next to each other at the moment because they don’t all fit in the tanks she is in now but she is moving soon so they’ll be together. Then her cold side is around 86. I use a laser temperature gun to measure them. And I checked it doesn’t look like she has any discharge coming from her nose or mouth and her throat isn’t puffy either. I gave her some more crickets and she was breathing heavy again but she didn’t make a wheezy sound. Also I did make a typo in the first response she’s 11 years old not 1
