beard goes black, stress marks

Hi, my bearded dragon is around 4 months old and for the past two days, he hasn’t been himself. Every time I put him in his vivarium, his beard would go very black and he would get stress marks all over his stomach, i saw this issue and I tried to take him out of his cage more as he loves to go to sleep on me. When I take him out the vivarium, he starts to shake very quickly, almost like he’s vibrating and he usually calms down being 5 minutes outside his vivarium. His vivarium used to be 32°C but i thought he was too cold so I put it up to 35°C and nothing has changed. Every time I go to pick him up or stroke him he backs away and he is always on the basking side of his enclosure, under his basking rock but still having a black beard and stress circles. I have no idea what to do!

Please post pics of the tank and lighting - sounds like a lighting issue but we need to see what your using and placement of the lights
