Bathroom use questions

Hi everyone! My daughter and I are the proud owners of 4 month old beardie. Our question is around bathroom use. He poops around his tank which we think is normal. However, he has a high branch he climbs on and then poops on. We clean the branch with vinegar/water mix and then let it dry. I am not sure if this is because he is near the heat. Any insight and advice is appreciated.

my little baby loves to poop on his rock under the basking light. I think it's just personal preference with the turds lol
I'm constantly cleaning that thing hehehehe

When you gotta go you gotta go! My boy always goes on or around his basking log. I think he does it on purpose.

The good news, he's started going other locations besides that basking spot. Thankfully, was getting tired of cleaning it every day lol

We pretty much clean up the tanks everyday when I get home from work. find presents every day, I am just glad we have only had one painting incident. Then clean up got pretty intense. after giving Bob a bath he went again in the water OMG that is the worst!!!!!!!!

I don't know about that. If you're using your sink, then yes, that would be disgusting lol. However, I use a small tupperware container for my beardy's bath and if he poops in there it's dumped down the toilet before being cleaned. Makes things much easier.

Same here 6" tall clear rubber maid 18 x 18. Yep dumped it in the flower bed, I figure I will MONSTER day lilies come spring.

Both of mine refuse to poop in their tanks they both go while in their bath, which is fine with me super easy clean up down the drain! And both of mine prefer much warmer water...I sanitize the sink after use..

LOL! I was always trying to feed my boy strawberries and he didn't like them. Finally he had enough and he just pooped all over them in his bowl. I got the hint!
